I believe we need to bring “human” back into the world and especially in business.
Many have forgotten that without people, there is no business. If you believe a leader's job is to inspire and lift those around us through engaging with the hearts and minds of their people to grow the bottom line, we are meant to be together! You bring your belief in humanity, have the willingness to experiment, I got you on the how and together we got this to build your awesome leadership legacy.
Kind of unawesome to learn about the goldfish thing, right? Sorry.
What is AWESOME is because of this I create online workshops and experiences keeping that in mind for my people I work with and for me.
I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I have a short attention span, get bored quickly, and don't like long term commitments.
It's not just me...I bet you do too. A study have shown that goldfish have longer attention span than humans!
I know you have been in them. The mandatory or highly encouraged to attend large, group training sessions where you sit in a classroom for hours/days/weeks getting dumped on all the knowledge and skills you need all at once and then are expected to try to remember them when you need it?
That is not how adults truly learn. No wonder you can't remember what you learned when you need it most!
Enough of that nonsense and waste of time.
